After months of training and not seeing the results I wanted I decided to do a 12 week personal training program with Coach Creek. Over the 12 weeks Chris taught me the correct techniques for weight training, educated me in nutrition and spent the time explaining what and why we did everything and how this would help achieve my results. Chris is very supportive and takes the time to understand your personality so he can come up with the best way to train you as an individual - because everyone is different when it comes to training, learning and being disciplined. Chris has been encouraging and supportive throughout my fitness journey and is always pushing me, whether it be to do one more set, one more rep or to increase my weights. I've really enjoyed my personal training sessions with Chris and have now been going to him for six months. He keeps me motivated and is always teaching me new things about fitness and nutrition. The good thing about Chris is that he is 100% committed to his clients and is available to help you at any time, and if there is something he doesn't know the answer to at the time you ask, he will always find out and get back to you! If you are considering a PT I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone. Not only is he a good coach he is a great mentor and friend! Keep it up Chris and thanks for putting up with me!
